RESIDENTIAL CARE WORKERS
(HNC Social Care and SVQIII Qualified, highly desirable however relevant childcare experience will be considered)
Due to expansion we have an opportunity for the following post:-
- 2 x Part time (30 hours per week) starting at £19,611 plus sleep-in allowance - Higher for additional qualifications and experience.
You will have a sound understanding of child development and attachment theory and be able to contribute, with colleagues and our consultants to form individual Care Plans. An ability to build relationships, work as part of a team and independently.
These positions involve shift work including sleepovers in one of our Fife based residential houses, catering for young people, aged 6 to 21 years. They are subject to a Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme check and registration with the Scottish Social Services Council. Any training required for registration must be undertaken and completed within the given timescales.
